Our newly built modern guest house features 9 foot ceilings with recessed lighting throughout the dwelling. You get a spacious and airy feeling above and a modern feeling from the polished concrete underfoot. The 741 square foot dwelling is efficient and thoughtfully designed.
The kitchen is appointed with full sized appliances and stocked with everything you'd need to whip up a gourmet meal. We've added a few extras such as a Nespresso coffee maker, Ninja Power Mixer System, Toshiba microwave/airfryer to name a few. Dining table offers expandable comfortable seating for 2-4 people.
Stream your favorite show or listen to your new playlist in the living area. Step out of the large sliding glass doors and enjoy the view of the McDowell Mountain Range from the patio.
The bathroom offers an oversized shower with a skylight. Natural lighting is the best. Black matte fixtures give a modern feel to the sleek and simple bathroom.
Steps away is master bedroom. Enjoy a restful night's sleep on a king-sized Casper memory foam platform bed. Large sliding glass door lets you step outside to check the weather, but you can confidently guess that it's sunny out. Don't worry, the room darkening shade may even let you sleep in. Lots of storage in the cabinets for a longer-term stay.
Walk-in closet doubles as laundry room. Full size washer and dryer is all yours.

Time to Rest...
End your day with a set of tennis followed by a dip in the swimming pool located on the property. If your'e here during citrus season, you'll have access to oranges, grapefruit and an occasional lemon. Fresh eggs daily brought to you by our 9 hens cooped up in the opposite corner of the property. Thankfully no roosters in this flock.
Surrounding Area:
Location offers easy access to SR51 and Loop 101. It's a 5 minute drive to grocery store, ATMs, movie theater, gas stations and coffee shops. Excellent upscale shopping at Fashion Square, Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter which is 15 minutes away by car. Old Town Scottsdale is where the night life is. Uber there in 20 minutes.
