➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Just a heads-up, the garage, master bedroom closet, and pool equipment area are off-limits. Other than that, you’ll have full access to the unit, make yourself at home!



➤ Availability of free driveway parking (2 spots) plus visitor parking in the street.

The community is family-friendly and well-maintained, featuring spacious homes and ample green spaces. Nearby parks and recreational areas offer opportunities for hiking, biking, and enjoying the natural beauty of the Arizona landscape. The neighborhood's thoughtful design ensures a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for all residents.​



Conveniently located, the area provides easy access to shopping centers, dining options, and entertainment venues. Major highways are within close proximity, making commuting to downtown Phoenix and other parts of the Valley straightforward. This balance of peaceful living and urban accessibility makes it an ideal location for various lifestyles.



Getting Around:

Valley Metro Bus Routes: The neighborhood is served by Valley Metro bus routes, including Route 17 (McDowell Road) and Route 3 (Van Buren Street), offering connections to various parts of the Phoenix metropolitan area.



WeRIDE Microtransit Service: WeRIDE provides an on-demand rideshare service within Goodyear and neighboring cities, allowing residents to book rides via a mobile app or phone call for convenient local travel



Goodyear Park and Ride: This facility offers over 400 covered parking spaces and connects commuters to Valley Metro Express Bus services, facilitating travel to downtown Phoenix and other destinations.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
