Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, TV, and private en-suite bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower, and double vanity.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Bedroom 3: Twin bed with private en-suite bathroom (jetted tub/shower combo) and direct backyard access.
Bedroom 4: Two queen beds.
Bedroom 5: King bed.
Bedroom 6: Two twin beds with attached half bath and hallway access.

Outdoor Living:
The resort-style backyard is designed for relaxation and connection. Take a swim in the pool (can be heated for a fee), stretch out on one of the four loungers, or light the grill for an evening meal. A large covered patio offers shade for outdoor dining, while cornhole and a hammock add to the playful atmosphere. The private backyard is fully fenced, with outdoor furniture and beach essentials provided for your stay.

🏊 Pool Heat (Optional): Available from October 15 through May 15 for $75 per day. Pool heating is completely optional and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay (check-out day is not charged). When requested, the pool will be heated to approximately 82–85°F. Payment and notification are required at least 48 hours before arrival.
🌡️ IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING POOL HEAT:
A heated pool is NOT the same as a hot tub! While heating makes the pool water more comfortable for swimming, it will NOT feel hot like a hot tub. For comparison, our pools are heated to approximately 82–85°F, while a typical hot tub is around 102–104°F. That`s a difference of nearly 20 degrees!

• Early Check-In: Want to start your vacation early? We offer early check-in for a flat fee of $145, based on availability. Please reach out if you’re interested and we’ll confirm if early access is possible for your stay.
