HD Smart TVs are mounted in the family room, the great room, the primary bedroom and on the outdoor patio, and Wi-Fi runs at 100 Mbps and up throughout the home.

Outside, beautiful landscaping sets the stage for a true resort-style experience. Spend the day in the private heated pool, take a turn on the waterslide, sharpen your short game on the putting green, and finish with dinner off the BBQ grill.

The neighborhood makes everyday errands effortless, with Safeway about a 2-minute drive away. The pool is heated from October 15th through May 15th to approximately 85 degrees, and heating is included at no extra cost. Please note that if the outside temperature drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not maintain its 85-degree temperature.
