This is a safe nice family home in a quiet neighborhood. It is clean and decorated simply but nicely, which I appreciated since we had our grandchildren. We didn’t have a lot to worry about them breaking or anything. The kitchen is well equipped but needs a bit of TLC with some drawers that don’t slide. There are only 2 bathrooms; it must be a typo on the listing that says 3. The beds are comfortable and the linens are nice which is important to us (we’ve stayed places where the bedding and towels seemed very old). There are niceties like a fan and high chair provided besides ceiling fans in each bedroom. And decent shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the showers was nice. I appreciated the high quality laundry detergent and some coffee pods and sweeteners/ creamers for the Keirig to get us started too. We had trouble with the WiFi until instructed where to find the modem. It was unfortunate that the pool heater was broken and the filtering system on the pool aren’t working since we brought the grandkids and it hovered around 100 degrees while we were here. There was also quite a bit of debris in the pool although the pool maintenance people came after we contacted the management company about the problems. We removed much of the debris and the kids got some swimming in but the adults couldn’t take the cold water. They supplied water toys which was great and the home’s air conditioning is really good and set to good temps. Overall we appreciated the stay and home.
