My sister and I arrived at 2:30 am and waited outside for 15 minutes before someone came to check us in after ringing the bell repeatedly. Lady did not apologize, but check in process was fairly quick. We ended up paying extra for a third guest when we were only two (my husband decided not to come last minute). We reserved a room with two beds and only got one. When we arrived in the room the front door would not latch, we saw three German cockroaches in ten minutes, the ceiling fan and ceiling were covered in dust, there was strong cigarette smoke and weed smell, burn marks in the quilt and curtains. I pulled back the sheets to check for bed bugs as I always do, did not find any but there was no mattress protector and we suspected the sheets had not been washed. Bed was poor quality; thin mattress and ratty bedding.
We left and dropped the key at the check in window (which was again unstaffed). On our way out we saw a police car pulling in. Don’t know what that was about but seems kind of sketchy.
Total rip-off. Do not recommend.
