THE HOME
This home’s expansive living room is thoughtfully designed with a U-shaped couch that can accommodate large groups. The unique boat-shaped coffee table adds a distinct nautical flair to the space, while large windows draw in abundant natural light, showcasing the beautiful outdoors.
The kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, extensive cabinetry, and a large island that doubles as extra prep space and a casual dining spot. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, featuring a large resort-style dining table. Sliding glass doors in the dining room open up to the amazing backyard, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The master suite includes a king-sized four-poster bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool. PLEASE NOTE
- To enjoy a heated pool, there's a daily fee of $132 for pool heating. A 3-day advance notice is needed to turn it on and there is a 3 day minimum.
- If the property has a pool fence, it must remain in place for safety and to comply with state regulations.
- For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be charged to the guest.
Dog Friendly! Please note, while we allow dogs at this property, we charge a Pet Cleaning Fee. This fee varies depending on the dog's breed and size. Please provide the size of your dog (e.g. under 50lbs) and the breed and we'll get back to you from there!
