Located 15 minutes from Scottsdale, six minutes from McDowell Mountain Park for MTB and hiking, near about 12 golf resorts and .7 mi from Fountain Park. Numerous desert trails and open space are nearby, offering a great variety of outdoor activities and an amazing Southwest desert area teaming with wildlife, birds, flora, and fauna.

Our conveniently situated family home featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 baths is located only 10 min from the nearest golf course as well as botanical garden and 20min from McDowell Mountain Regional Park. It is within a short drive to multiple hiking and biking trails and less than 30 min from the beautiful Old Town Scottsdale. This property is the perfect choice for a family vacation with access to outdoor adventures as well as fun in the city.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
