Getaway in this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental in Mesa. Sleeping arrangements include: 4 beds, 1 queen pull-out couch. It’s proximity to many attractions sets it apart! Cubs and A’s spring training facilities under 3 miles away. A 10 minute drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport allows you to waste no time on your getaway! Old town Scottsdale is less than 10 miles (15 minute drive) and downtown Phoenix also allows for a quick day trip!

Outdoor: A private unheated pool can be found on the property (38 feet long by 19 feet wide, 3 to 9 feet deep). A smoker and charcoal grill are available as is a fire pit located near the pool.

Indoor: One king bed and three queen beds along with a queen pull out couch are found on the property, sleeping 8-10. Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney plus, and more with your own log in. Board games are available along with a dining table to seat 8 (extra chairs in bedroom) is available. A master bedroom with a en-suite bathroom and ceiling fans are also featured at this property. Free wifi and shared access with renters to washer and dryer. Linens and towels along with complementary toiletries, central air conditioning, iron and iron board, and hair dryer available.

Parking: 3 vehicles will fit on circle driveway. (Carport reserved for casita tenants).

If you'd like to pay to check in earlier we do charge $30 per hour. Please let us know three days in advance if this is something you'd like to arrange!

Renters live in casita in back of house, which is a completely separate building. Respecting their privacy and keeping noise levels down when outside is appreciated. The tenants will share access to the laundry room with guests, but the entire house and pool area is guests area to enjoy!
