Step outside into the Arizona sunshine where the sound of water invites you to linger by the heated pool (additional fee) or sink into the hot tub as citrus trees sway nearby. Evenings are best enjoyed around the propane fire table, laughter carrying over a friendly game of corn hole or putt on the private green. Inside, every detail is designed for gathering, from the open living spaces to the thoughtful touches that make your stay effortless

Sleeping arrangements
With space for up to 14 guests, this home offers seven bedrooms and eight beds. The primary bedroom on the main level features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and an adjacent relaxation. Upstairs you’ll find Bedroom 2 with a king bed, Bedroom 3 with a king bed, Bedroom 4 with a king bed, Bedroom 5 with a queen bed, Bedroom 6 with a queen bed, and Bedroom 7 with a king bed and twin day bed. Bathrooms include a primary ensuite, an upstairs full bath with tub/shower and double vanity, and a half bath downstairs. All bathrooms are equipped with bidets and essential toiletries.

Outdoor living
The backyard is a private retreat with an optional heated pool available year-round, a hot tub, loungers for sunbathing, and a shaded patio with a dining table for meals outside. Guests can enjoy citrus trees, a BBQ grill, fire pit, and plenty of space for outdoor games. The fully fenced backyard provides privacy and room to relax from morning coffee to starlit evenings.

Entertainment and family features
Whether gathering around a TV, playing board games, or trying your hand at foosball, shuffleboard, or mini golf, there are options for all ages. Families will appreciate the pack ’n play, high chair, outlet covers, and children’s dinnerware included in the home.

Kitchen & dining
The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and Keurig coffee maker. Essentials like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with wine glasses and outdoor dinnerware. Meals can be enjoyed at the indoor dining table or taken outside to the patio.

Convenience and essentials
The home includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans. Four TVs, Smart Locks, and keypad self check-in add comfort and ease to your stay. Safety is supported by smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, exterior security camera at the entrance, and noise sensors inside and outside (no audio/video recorded).

Neighborhood
Located just three minutes from Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, you’ll have easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. It’s also conveniently located near Mayo Clinic Hospital, making it ideal for guests visiting the area for medical appointments. Old Town Scottsdale is about 25 minutes away, and the area is surrounded by golf courses and family-friendly attractions.

We don`t charge to heat the hot tub.
