The Stadium is a $142 million venue where the AZ Cardinals & Coyotes play football/hockey. The backyard has a HEATED Pebble-Tec POOL, Billiards, Mini-Putt-Putt, Jacuzzi, Ping-Pong Table, Fire Pit, BBQ Grill, Foosball, & Jenga. Each room has Smart TVs WITH CABLE. The home is internet/Wifi ready & has 24-hour check-in w/ a Smart Lock (No Key Needed).

This house has it all. The backyard is a high-end resort, featuring beautiful custom landscaping worth $250k. It includes outdoor Travertine flooring around the heated Pebble-Tec pool, a built-in spa/hot tub under a custom pergola, a 6-person firepit table under a second custom pergola, an 18-person outdoor picnic table under a full-length covered patio with 3 ceiling fans, 6 sun lounge chairs, & 3 Egg lounge chairs. The built-in hot tub also has a waterfall with a new LED light.

The backyard has a mini-putt-putt, ping-pong table, foosball table, cornhole, Jenga, and a dartboard.

Inside the game room, you have a billiards table, 4 arcade games (Pac Man, Galaga, Mortal Combat 2, & Big Buck Hunter), and 15 board games. Some of the board games include: Monopoly, Apples to Apples, Poker, Chess, Playing Cards, Cards Against Humanity, & another game called "What Do You Meme."

As soon as you walk inside, the kitchen boasts built-in Samsung appliances, a new Samsung refrigerator, and a 36" induction cooktop. You also have a custom 8-person quartz waterfall island table in the kitchen.

As for the bathrooms, you have beautiful high-end tile and finishes in every bathroom (4 full bathrooms). The master bathroom features a soaking black tub with 2 rain shower heads and a 59-inch floating vanity. The other 3 bathrooms have rainfall shower heads. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one bathroom is downstairs on the main level, and 2 bedrooms are on the first floor of the home.

Each bedroom has its own TV with cable access and hotel-quality mattresses and sheets. Each bedroom includes wall receptacles with USB ports next to the lamps, which help charge your handheld device, tablet, or other smart devices faster than a normal power outlet.

Optional Service Fees:
Pets: $200 per stay +taxes and VRBO fees (Max of 2 Dogs only with approval before booking)

Early Check-in/Late Check-Out: $400(+taxes and VRBO fees) per request
(subject to staff availability, the home must be cleaned for check-in by 4:00 PM for the next guest)

1 BBQ Propane Tank is provided per stay. Additional tanks are available for purchase at $50 per tank+taxes and VRBO fees. Additional tanks can be used to operate the gas fire pit table.

Heated Pool & Spa Service available for an additional fee:
- $225 first day
- $150 each additional day +taxes and VRBO fees
Scheduling and payment for heating service is best completed at the time of your initial booking, however this can be added up to 3 days before check-in. The pool is heated to 80 degrees and typically takes 2-3 full days to warm. This fee is non-refundable, pleases evaluate the weather during your stay and decide if you want the pool heated. We do not offer the option to heat the pool partially during your stay.

**Please note: On homes we manage with a built-in spa, the pool must be heated to use the spa. We do not offer the option to only heat the only built in spa.

No guest access to the garage, staff cleaning closet, or outdoor shed used for extra storage.

You are allowed a max of 4 cars. We may allow more with prior permission from owner, please ask for more details if you expect more than 4 cars. Bedroom 7 does not have a window but does have a closet.

The house is professionally staged in photos and excessive decorations have been removed including outdoor fire bowls used for staging.

Lounge cushions have been removed. Please use white towels on sun lounge chairs and for all outdoor needs as we do not provide "pool" towels.

We do not supply pool floats due to sanitation concerns from sun exposure.

Extra umbrellas are in the storage shed or behind the white fence. Please ask if you need additional umbrellas.

Arizona weather and extreme elements makes it impossible to keep outdoor furniture spotless; especially any type of cushions.

The cleaning staff does not clean the BBQ grill. Please clean it after your use.

Please note that members of our team may visit the property during your stay. This includes our landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits are essential for maintaining the property and cannot be rescheduled or delayed. Thank you for your understanding.

Events and parties of any kind are prohibited at all homes we manage. We do not allow guests or visitors. The price is calculated based on the amount of guests on the reservation. Prices are higher for larger groups and more competitive for smaller groups. This property has surveillance cameras outdoors in the front and backyard that record audio and video. Such security is standard in high-end accommodations and is mandated by insurance for liability. For concerns about camera use, please contact me before booking.
