Pets are welcome at our property!

-You’re welcome to bring up to 2 dogs ($150 each). Sorry, no cats.

-Please check with us first to get your pets approved.

-Send us a photo of your pet

-To keep things tidy, pets shouldn’t be on the furniture.



Pool heat fee is $150/day with a minimum requirements for full stay. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.



For guest safety, there are exterior security camera at the front door, facing the driveway, and covering some of the backyard areas. There are no cameras inside the home.



We have Noise Monitors installed on the exterior of the property. These devices do not record audio—they only measure decibel levels to help us ensure a peaceful environment and prevent parties.



All Phoenix city ordinances apply during your stay.



The property is serviced by landscaping and pool maintenance crews 1–2 times per week. We’re unable to guarantee the exact day or time of their visit, as it varies based on scheduling.





Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy

Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.
