The Space:

Welcome to Mesquite Retreat, a sprawling nearly 3,300-square-foot luxury escape in the heart of Chandler, Arizona — thoughtfully designed for elevated group travel, unforgettable family vacations, and stylish entertaining. Located near the best of the East Valley while offering a private resort-style atmosphere, this newly renovated retreat combines modern comfort, upscale amenities, and endless indoor-outdoor living.



Inside, the grand living room sets the tone with an oversized sectional featuring multiple power recliners, designer accent seating, an impressive 80” Smart TV, and a dramatic 6-foot ten-blade ceiling fan overhead. Just beyond, the custom chef’s kitchen was built for gathering, complete with double ovens, dual wine and beverage refrigerators, a massive island cooktop, two large sinks, abundant prep space, bonus seating for five, and an additional Smart TV for entertaining while you cook.



The adjacent dining space features an oversized table for up to 10 guests beside a warm adobe-style fireplace, while the sun-soaked game room offers the ultimate entertainment hub with a black felt pool table, sit-down arcade console, pub seating, Smart TV, and direct access to the backyard retreat.



The thoughtfully designed split floorplan creates ideal privacy for large groups and multiple families. On the West Wing, guests will find a luxurious primary suite with a King bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and backyard access. Attached is a versatile bonus casita-style room featuring additional sleeping accommodations, a private workspace, Smart TV, and separate entrance access. On the East Wing, a second primary suite offers another King bed, en-suite bathroom, Smart TV, and direct pool access. Outdoor enthusiasts will love Desert Breeze Park and local golf courses. Chandler's rich cultural heritage and year-round festivals make it a lively destination for all.



Getting Around:

Exploring Chandler from this location is easy. Major highways Loop 101 and Loop 202 are nearby, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is just 20 minutes away. Public transportation options include local bus routes and the Chandler Park & Ride. For convenience, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Enjoy seamless travel and connectivity while staying in a tranquil residential area.



Other Things to Note:

This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.



A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.



The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.



The garage is not available to guests.
