«Atmosphere! The building itself is eccentric and fun, within walking distance of Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, Ben Franklin's grave, etc. Plus Talula's Garden and downtown. The staff is excellent. I've stayed several times and would go back.»

«It was very dark in the hotel. Room layout was unusual with shower window to the rest of the room and door to the toilet was not floor to ceiling and not sound proof at all. Fine for a married couple but not ideal if I were traveling with someone else. Bar area/lounge was very cool. Staff were very good.»

«The environment was serene. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and has arguable the best bathroom shower (no mold, no discolored tiles) I have seen - and I do stay in five-star resorts/hotels all the time. They have the most polite staff. The classical music played overhead at the lobby is very soothing.»

«Great room. Lots of space. Good location in downtown Philadelphia. Nice service and very convenient with a room with washing machines for clothes. Also dryer there, and free soap in the reception. The breakfast was a disapointment. I bought food outside instead.»
