체크인시 방이 준비되지않아 기다려달라하더니 룸타입을 바꾸려해서 기분이 좋지않았지만 한국어를 하는 직원분이 잘해결해주셨네요^^ 룸상태, 리조트내 서비스,...모두 좋았고 계속 머무르고싶은 곳이 였어요. 다음 여행도 센타라미라지 무이네로 하고싶네요!

A Ok Stay
The review is mainly for sevice and food. The facilities are new and clean. The view is amazing. A good place to stay when you have big trip with families. The buffet breakfast and lunch are not special. Food choices are limited, especially Western food. Services at Mundo restaurant is not five stars service. We had our first dinner there after a long drive. We needed a quick dinner. We waited 15 minutes to catch anyone's attention. We had kids but adult's food came out first while the kid's food came out 30 minutes later. No one came to check on us for the whole dinner. We need to look for them when we need something. Breakfast buffet is even worse. No cook stays ready at the eggs and noodle soup stations. I needed to ask the server for them. Typically, the server would clean our dirty plates as we go but they waited until we finished our meal to clean up everything. Glasses for juice are cloudy. I had to look for one that is clean. They need to run maintenance for the kid's Waterpark. The floor on the stairs and the bottom are broken. My kid picked up a broken piece of cement to bring back to the room thinking it was rock. The tube has green algea. Overall, it is a nice resort but management seems not up to 5 stars rating.

This place is amazing. Thanks much for security team who helped to find my nephew who was lost. It made me and my family feel safe to stay here. Rooms are clean and breakfast was excellent. I can’t say how much I loved this place. I’ll see you again soon.
