This Tastefully decorated City Apartment(80sqm) is within 2 minutes walking distance to Shopping possibilities. Bus stations are next door and there are great Parking possibilities next to the Flat.
Pforzheim Schmuckmuseum and Stadt Park is within 5 Minutes Walking distance.

There is a big Bedroom with a Boxspring Bed which can be separated into single beds. There are plenty storage spaces for clothes. The Kitchen is new and is fully equipped with all the necessities of a modern Kitchen.
The space
The apartment includes a well spaced new kitchen, a bedroom with a new Boxspring Bed which can be separated into 2 beds and and a living room with sofa bed and a divider for peaceful sleep, a large Flat Screen TV, Internet Radio, Printer and all the dining necessities.

There is also a private bathroom with shower over a bathtub and a separate Toilet. The apartment is located in an Apartment building with a Elevator on the Second Floor.
It has good views of the Park and Market Place. This is a well-lit apartment with plenty of natural light.

There is a newly revamped Balcony with great seating and great Views.
Guest access
Guests will get their own set of keys to come in and out of the apartment as they like. We will provide the keys and additional orientation on Checkin.
Other things to note
Parking is plenty next to the flat, however it is not free parking until 19.00. From 19-09.00 Parking is free. On Wednesdays and Saturdays from 07am till 13.00 there is a Farmer's Market opposite the apartment where fresh goods can be bought. This unfortunately impacts the availability of Parking and might have to just look around for parking.

The Apartment has noise protection windows, however we have to note that it is a City Flat with a busy street. This might disturb Guests who are sensitive to a busy city. It does get quiet at night though and the windows noise protection might be enough.

SAFETY FIRST
we take the health of our Guests and staff very serious. Our apartment is cleaned and fully cleaned and Sanitized before each arrival and Apartment stays unoccupied for a period of 24 hours before each arrival to allow for the ultimate sanitation to settle in. In the apartment you will have a hand sanitation corner with sealed hand sanitation and disposable masks. Upon collection of your keys, the keys will be wrapped in a sanitized and new bag. The keys are sanitized for each guest.
