«Great location and great unit for four people. Never been to Springfield and the location was perfect and easy to get to and from everywhere we needed whether we drove or walked. There are a lot of steps to the unit but the view is absolutely worth it. Property Manager was very responsive and the unit was clean. We will be back next year for the yearly event we attend.»

«The house worked out perfectly for our family weekend away. It was within 10 minutes of everything that we did while in Springfield. Each bedroom has a bed and then there is a blow up mattress (which the kids loved). We would stay again.»

«Only 2 draw backs for us. 1. No front porch furniture. It rained the first night and the kids had the living room TV and there was no place for the adults to go because the back isn't under cover, so we were all in the kitchen. 2. There are only 4 chairs in the kitchen and there were 6 of us, since NO ONE is ever allowed to eat anywhere other than the kitchen it was a little tricky. Otherwise everything else was perfect.»

«Beautiful historical property with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Lovely place! My brother and I stayed just one night after a local family wedding. The bedrooms were both spacious and bedding comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee in the living room. There is also a full dining room available. Hosts communicated mostly via text and were very friendly and personable. »

«We had 8 people stay and even though only 2 bathrooms, it worked out great. Nice area and very responsive landlords. Fun to stay at a pkace in the national registry too»

«Pros: Beds were comfortable with bedside tables and access to outlets, carpeting looked new. Great location to local attractions and restaurants. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Driveway fits two cars, with street parking available for more. Owner very responsive to questions. Cons: Needs better attention to cleaning (windowsills were very dirty throughout, air exchange vents were either super dirty or rusted); Could use a table and/or luggage racks in bedrooms. «Gorgeous property with lovely details all around. Everywhere you looked, there was beauty. We had three families come together for a weekend of cooking and low key New Year’s Eve fun and this venue was just perfect for all of us. The library is stocked with games, puzzles, and books and the kitchen has mostly everything you need to create a scrumptious meal (it is more geared towards cooking for larger groups).
