«clean room nice property»

«Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came. Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me.»

«The property was extremely clean, the staff very helpful. The rooms were set up nicely and were well maintained. It is a simple hotel, but priced very well and the best hotel we stayed at. The breakfast offerings are simple, but sufficient for one or two nights.»

«Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!»
