«We had a great stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Honestly, I thought she was the owner because of how much she cared and how involved she was in making sure everything was perfect. The property itself was very clean, well maintained, and looked even better in person. The unit was spacious and exceeded our expectations. «Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here. »

«This apartment was perfectly located near the historical center. It was two stories with a great layout. The washer/dryer functioned very well. The beds were comfortable and the living/kitchen areas were very nice. There is a large grocery store steps away. The apartment was cold. I used the portable heater in my bedroom at night and that seemed to help. I highly recommend this apartment.»

«We loved our stay with a family of 5 adults. It is in a place that is hard to reach by car, but we had an amazing taxi service. The personal breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. If you cannot climb stairs easily, this place is not for you. It was also in a location within walking distance of several fun shops and delicious restaurants. Thank you for a lovely stay!»

«Très bien situé, à 1km de la place d'armes. Très propre, équipement de la kitchenette un peu sommaire. Chauffage rudimentaire (1 seul radiateur) pouvant être un peu limite certaines nuits (appart au sous-sol à éviter). Bon petit déjeuner servi dans l'appartement. «We were supposed to have a 3 bedroom but something had happened and rhey accommodated us different which is ok. However, the room we stayed at smelled like something had died. We opened up the windows and that helped some but I have no idea what that smell was.»

"Great option for your stay in Cusco. Very polite and helpful staff. Room was great and spacious. The only thing we could potentially put or finger on, was that it was a bit of a hassle to maintain stable temp on the water in the shower. Other than that, everything was great. Breakfast starts 0300 to accommodate for early departure on excursions starting in Cusco. Would absolutely recommend Sonesta if youre staying in Cusco"

"Very nice hotel located very centeal. Close to the city center and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. We did many tours leaving very early in the morning before the breakfast board was open and he staff prepared oss a delicious breakfast to take with oss. The breakfast was really god with lots og variety and the staff was very caring. One thing I will suggest the eating menu for lunch and dinner did not has så many choises."

"The hotel feels like eb extention to Macchu Pichu. A real oasi surrounded by mountains and forrest. The rooms are beautiful and well equiped. The hotels has an ecological comsept fokus on the enviroment. The food is really good and autentic and the use local product. The have lots of staffs which allows to take god care of the costumers. The staff is very kind and helpfull. We stayed 2 nights from the 19th to 20th june. We really enjoy our stay."
