«Habitación limpia, agradable hotel. La habitación no es de las que tenían vista, pero era silenciosa (importante cuando estás cansado por los tours) La puerta del baño tenía el llavín dañado, pero nada serio. Teníamos A/C portátil, lo cual fue útil por la temporada. Artículos de baño de cortesía, y la facilidad de que nos cuidaron nuestro equipaje luego del check out, se agradece.»

«This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I arrived at 9 p.m. with a reservation for a Junior Suite with a jacuzzi. I was then told that the room had a broken sink, without having been notified beforehand. I was also told that I could not use the jacuzzi, although I saw no such restriction in the Hotels.com listing or my reservation. When I disputed this, I was not given access to a room and waited in the lobby while the front desk attempted to address the situation. I eventually left and ...

«We booked the hotel because of its location and view from the room (that i saw in the pics) but on check in we got a room on the farthest corner of the hotel, with a small window and view towards a wall in the hotel. To pay so much per night and get a 'closed' room was ridiculous. I have problem with closed places and the room ruined my stay. I asked the receptionist but she said no other room is available. When we came back to stay for 1 night after Inca trail, we got room not towards the ...

«They worked hard to be good hosts despite being short staffed due to the elections this weekend. The place is more rustic, it reminded me of cabins I’ve stayed in when camping back in the States, but I like that kind of thing so it suited me fine. Breakfast was light, but good quality ingredients and the location of this place is 10/10. There’s no A/C or heating units in the room, so bear that in mind. I was totally warm with the blankets provided, but if you run cold it may be an issue.»
