«Location is convenient for the most part. Parking is a bit deceptive as you need to part almost a block away. Tried to "What App" the host as suggested but got no reply. Small apartment with no fans (very hot) to use and had no air conditioning.»

«A first floor apartment in a two- storey house, steps on outside. Great to have a private garden with dining area and parking in town and beside supermarket. Well equipped, though small ,kitchen/ dining area. Double beds very comfortable. Livingroom furniture a bit old but whole apartment nicely decorated. Landlady very helpful to us. Good location for getting everywhere and for experiencing Perth restaurants and theatre.»

«We’re very glad we chose to stay here. The location is excellent. It’s an easy walk from the train station, with a grocery store along the way, and just a few minutes from the High Street. Despite being so central, the apartment was quiet and private.The apartment was clean and comfortable, and Norma and Arthur were both friendly and helpful.We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this rental.»
