«The Townhouse is a fantastic Boutique Bed & Breakfast hotel. Nestled in the heart of Perth City, this is an absolute gem. At the moment me and my wife stepped through it's doors, we felt welcomed, like coming home! David, the host, was incredible warm and genuine hospitable. «I will definitely return to this Hotel . Very clean , very good value for your money , and the Breakfast is to be one of the reasons you stay . Good old fashioned Full Breakfast, with black pudding and Haggis, toast and Orange juice, with tea or coffee. Thanks so much for the warm welcome , see you in 2026.»

«Our stay with Morag and David was phenomenal. The room was so cozy and we woke up to wonderful homemade breakfast everyday. It was located close to the ski resort with was also convenient! We had the perfect Scottish countryside ski weekend! »

«The bathroom was clean, and the bed sheets were clean, with a lovely smell even in the morning. Heating was on all night, so it wasn't cold in the morning, and after skiing at Glenshee, that warmth was lovely. The fireplace downstairs was so good, and we had a nice chat and watched TV. «We had a fabulous 9 night stay at Dunclutha House. Julie and Richard were fabulous hosts. The room was fabulous, teas & home made shortbread delivered daily, room and restroom were always kept up.
