«Overall good stay»

«An absolute gem! A wonderful authentic pub offering such comfortable and friendly accommodation. The restaurant food is delicious and the full English breakfast is the best I can remember. The village is delightful.. and we were lucky enough to stay a Thursday when there is music, and we also had the best Mortis dancing! Such a memorable stay! Thank you»

«Veldig hyggelig å bo over en pub. Utrolig god service blant de ansatte. God og sjarmerende frokost som stod utenfor døren om morgenen. Mulig for engelsk frokost fra kl. 8. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd og vil bo her igjen.»

«A very nice place, and a comfortable stay! It was very warm during our stay, and the room was also a bit too hot. But nice straff and really good breakfast, plus a restaurant that is far beyond english average standard was a really positive experience! Good price too:)»

«I booked through Expedia and paid at the time of reservation (night before the stay). I was then charged again when I checked in. I’ve tried reaching out to The Star but with no response so it looks like I’m not getting my money back. Very frustrating!»

«We had a lovely nights stay at The Bell Inn. Room was comfortable and a good size, staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they were out of Roast Dinners on the evening we were there but there was plenty of other choices on the menu. The portion sizes were very good and the food lovely. There's a good breakfast choice, of continental and cooked options. The place is great for walking into the town or out along the canal. There is a carpark on site or free places just along the next street ...
