"The hotel was very nice, great beds, clean room and everything close to the Metro. However, the waiting in line for check in, and to talk to anyone about anything, was way too long. We waited 40 minutes in line just to get to the front desk to check in. It felt like being at the airport. Other than that, everything was fine."

"We had an amazing experience at the hotel. It is quite nice, and close to both the Metro and Gare du Nord, so you can go everywhere. The employees were nice and helpful. I loved my room with a balcony, with a view of the surrounding area. The only issue my friend had with his room was that when people left in the morning, the interconnecting door outside his window might bang a little."

"Hi! Be aware of the additional cost to use the pool of 60 euroes per adult if you book through hotels.com. For kids the pool is open only from 10-11 and 15-16. This was not stated at the web page when we booked, so we got it for free after discussion prior to arrival. Breakfast is excellent, nice gym and staff was very nice and helpfull. Location is perfect, 15 min walk to the underground and two good restaurants close to the hotel."
