«The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. «This property was as-advertised. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Its Brookhaven location was excellent. The owner was easy to work with. One thing to know is that it is near to train/MARTA tracks but that never bothered me as there are trees in between and they provided an air filter that made good white noise.»
