«Responsive & Accommodating host, but property did not match the listing! The host was responsive and communication was seamless, but that did not make up for the property’s condition or its misrepresentation. Although advertised as newly upgraded, the unit had old fixtures, a nearly stripped sink fixture, temperamental shower water, cracked shower tile, a dirty shower rug, and a mildew-smelling shower liner and curtain. «Please stay away from this property! They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists ...

«We loved our stay here. Claudia was incredibly accommodating and communicative. The check in process was very simple. The location is accessible to many popular places and was a very easy walk to the arena. When I booked, we had initially planned for only 2 of us but had a third family member join us. My only complaint is that the pull out bed is not well advertised. It is impossible to sleep on comfortably. The couch itself, however, was a very comfortable way to sleep!I would absolutely stay ...
