«Good location and great if you are travelling to area with out a car. Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat. Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door. Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold. Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention. Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. »

«The property is clean and tidy, with well maintained furnishings and plenty of equipment to make a meal etc, but the property is in need of a repaint internally, particularly on the ground floor, where there is some evidence of damp with flaking paint and plaster. Getting to the washing machine in the lean-to was an experience, I know in a small house you need to store things where you can, but having to move step ladders to open the washing machine door is a bit much.The property is in a nice ...

«Very clean and well equipped. Nice area, close to other cities and beaches in Cornwall. The swimming pool was advertised as 24-hour full access but in reality was open only from 10am to 6pm and needed to book every day for each session. The private spa tub was advertised but missing. »
