«We had an excellent and relaxing time here, the views from the living room, kitchen, and covered 2nd story coverd deck were amazing and beautiful. House was clean and maintained, and the host was easy to reach, and respinsive for questions. All necessities were supplied, and appliances were new and operational. Perfect place to relax, swim, walk the peaceful neighborhood and enjoy your family. Highly recommend this property,»

«It was an amazing unit in a great area! Included everything we needed and then some! We had 2 families with kids staying together, and having 4 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms was ideal. Would definitely return.»

However, the description is misleading since it doesn't mention the property being a mobile home. We realized the next day that mobile homes are the norm in the area, however, we arrived at night and did not expect the villa to be a mobile home.»

«We drove from Michigan, easy 1 day drive. Check in was seamless, house was immaculate, location was perfect, and the value was outstanding. Located on a private beach with chair and umbrella service, private beach club with food and drinks and also situated on a gated community golf resort with heated pool and nice gym facilities. «The Villa was clean and ready for us when we arrived! Walking distance to pool and a short shuttle to the beach/beach pool. The bedrooms and baths accommodated our family and the screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee or a night cap! Property owners were quick to respond and quickly took care of a fridge filter (within 20 min of a text!)»

«Few things we weren't fond of...some cleanliness issues. House was beautiful but a couple tables had food on them or crumbs as well as on the floor, master & bunk room had weird pieces of something and a few hairs on the sheets, some rooms had really uncomfortable bedding. Zero AC in the hangout room in the basement; slats shown in pics are open to outside so if it's too hot forget hanging out down there. «WE have lodged in the same location for 30 years in Daytona Beach Shores. Hurricane destroyed that location and so we decided to try the Gulf. My son found the property on Perdido Key. The property was so nice, well furnished, easy access to beach, pools, and local stores and restaurants. «This was one of the best vacations my family and I have every been on. The private beach was amazing and my pup loved to dig in the sand too! We had a great time catching fish and crab off the dock, seeing the blue angels and also enjoying the beach just a few miles down the road. We can't wait to go back!»
