Great ocean view! We enjoyed our week there. The condo is really spacious and well decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items and utensils, much better than other places we have stayed. Chair attendant on the beach was fantastic! We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay. Will be back. Beds so comfortable! Clean place & very spacious! Beach was great. Had issue with dishwasher but that was fixed immediately, not putting us out. No complaints at all.

Dance Nationals Beach Vacation

The kitchen was stocked with every pot/pan, utensil, crockpot, coffee maker and k-sup maker. We all fit on the sectional and enjoyed the recliners. The patio chairs were great to sit in and look out at the beach and ocean. The location was perfect for our needs, especially getting to the convention center multiple times a day, just took minutes.

The kitchen was stocked so well! When we didn’t find enough washcloths, more were delivered promptly. When we had a clogged drain, someone was sent almost immediately. VERY happy with our stay!!

Great location for families

My family really enjoyed the condo. Very spacious with nice furnishings and features. Excellent ocean view and easy walk to the beach. Great location, not too crowded and close drive to attractions and restaurants. Great spot for families!

What a great experience for our first time to Fort Walton/Okaloosa area! Our condo absolutely beautiful, clean and amazing access to the beach, foot steps away! Favorite place in Ft. Walton

This is our 3rd trip to Ft.Walton and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. The place was spacious, clean and updated. The view was amazing and could see the sand and waves as soon we we walked in the door. Location is perfect. An easy walk to a few restaurants plus an easy drive to a lot more. Highly recommend.

Our Favorite Place! Spacious, Clean, BEST view!

Perfect location, beautiful views, so spacious and clean. The balcony is so nice. Having 3 bathrooms and bathrooms is amazing. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need.The pools and hot tub are spotless (the guy is out there cleaning every single morning). The umbrella service with the chairs is so perfect! It's a very family friendly beach also. Not a party place and so peaceful. We love EVERY single thing about this place and feel so blessed every time we get to go. We have gone every other year (and one time 3 years in a row) for years. I can't wait to go back!Also Brooks and Shorey are amazing and super responsive every time I email or call them.

Summer Place 302

The location on Okaloosa island was great, no huge crowds. Beach service was great. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great for families. Living area was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Patio furniture was colorful and plenty of seating. View from patio is outstanding. We loved the condo, will try to come back.

This will be at the top of our places to return.The only issue, no fault to the condo or management company was the water issue due to construction caused us not to be able to use one shower.
