Oversize vehicles, trailers, and RVs are not allowed on Shipwatch property.

Guests are NOT ALLOWED TO BRING DOGS, ONLY OWNERS.

Tent Rule (effective 5/15-8/15/2024): ONLY CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS CAN BE IN FRONT OF BEACH SERVICE CHAIRS. TENTS AND ALL OTHERS (Canopies, Shabumi’s, etc) SHALL BE BEHIND BEACH SERVICE CHAIRS. ONLY TENTS WITH SHIPWATCH TAGS MAY BE ON SHIPWATCH PROPERTY.

Shipwatch Condominiums utilizes a parking management system. After booking, you will receive a link from the parking service to register your vehicle(s) and purchase your parking pass(es).

There is a 2-vehicle limit per reservation, and each virtual parking pass is $50.

For last-minute bookings, QR codes are available onsite to scan and complete vehicle registration.

Please note that all vehicles must be registered. Vehicles that are not registered may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
