Welcome to Jan's Oasis, a welcoming 4-bedroom Pensacola retreat designed for unforgettable getaways! This inviting home is your private haven for relaxation, fun, and creating lasting memories.



The heart of the home is your personal backyard oasis, centered around a sparkling private pool. Spend your days lounging by the water, gathering at the outdoor bar with its own TV, or enjoying a meal fresh off the BBQ grill. The spacious patio offers plenty of room for outdoor games and entertainment.



Inside, you'll find:

A bright, open-concept living area with indoor fireplace, large smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

An air-conditioned sunroom that serves as a game room, complete with a foosball table and a pool table, all with relaxing views of the backyard.

This comfortable home sleeps your group across four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:



Master Suite: A relaxing retreat with a Queen bed, ensuite bathroom, a dedicated desk for work, and a smart TV.

Guest Room 1: Perfect for kids, this room features two twin beds, a smart TV, and a selection of toys and games.

Guest Room 2: Features a space-saving Queen-size Murphy bed and a smart TV.

Guest Room 3: Offers a comfortable Queen bed and a smart TV.

Jan's Oasis is more than a home—it’s a living tribute to our mother's joy. To honor her memory, we invite you to participate in a special tradition. At our guest art station, you can paint your own rock and leave it in the garden. Your creation will become a cherished part of the Oasis legacy.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and all its amenities. This includes the house, the entire backyard, the private pool, the outdoor bar, and the indoor game room. Parking is available for guests only in the designated areas on the property.

Pensacola Beach (Santa Rosa Island) – About 30 minutes

Famous for its white sand and emerald waters, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and paddleboarding.



Perdido Key State Park – Around 25 minutes

1) Pre-Arrival Information: The primary guest must complete our online pre-arrival form via Guesty. This is required to share important travel information and our rental terms and conditions with you.

2) Accidental Damage Protection: Your booking includes a non-refundable property damage protection fee. This covers you for up to $3,000 in reported accidental damages. Any damages not covered by the policy will be the guest's responsibility.

3) Long-Term Stays: For stays longer than 28 days, additional fees for mid-stay cleanings will apply. This is to ensure linens are changed and the property is maintained in excellent condition for your extended stay.
