"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, and unfortunately it was one of the worst stays I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that basic standards of comfort and guest care were not being met. The most immediate issue was the strong smell of marijuana in the room. It was overwhelming and impossible to ignore, especially when trying to rest. This is completely unacceptable in a hotel environment, particularly for guests who expect a clean and neutral-smelling room. I had no confidence that the room had been properly cleaned or aired out before my arrival. On top of that, the noise level was outrageous. The guests in the neighboring room were extremely loud well into the night, with constant noise continuing until around 4:00 a.m. This made it nearly impossible to sleep. What made this even worse was the hotel’s apparent lack of control or concern. A hotel should ensure that all guests can reasonably rest at night, but that responsibility was clearly neglected here. The behavior of the hotel staff was another major disappointment. Instead of being helpful or understanding, the staff came across as rude and dismissive when issues were raised. There was no sense of urgency, empathy, or willingness to resolve the situation. A bad room or noisy guests can sometimes happen, but poor staff attitude is a choice — and in this case, it made an already bad situation significantly worse. Overall, this stay felt like a complete fai"
