    Ser etter paradis? Her er det på El Matador! Må være det mest ettertraktede familieferiestedet på Emerald Coast. Et bortgjemt condominium ligger mellom de vakre hvite sanddynene og den glitrende Emerald Waters i Mexicogolfen.

    El Matador er virkelig en strand resort. Bare to miles ned Santa Rosa Blvd på slutten av øya finner du oss - bortgjemt, men fortsatt bare noen få minutter til alle fasiliteter Destin og Fort Walton Beach har å tilby. Bare seks miles ned Hwy. 98 kan du nyte Destin - "The Worlds Luckiest Fishing Village" - charter en privat tur eller ta barna ut på en gruppebåt og ta middag. Mens du er i Destin, kan du nyte fine restauranter, shopping og golf på noen av de beste golfbanene i Panhandle of Florida. Vanskelig å tro at du kanskje trenger en fridag fra stranden, men hvis du tar familien til Big Kahunas Water Park i sentrum av gamle Destin. Mye mer enn bare et badeland ... det er en morsom dag!

    Tilbake på El Matador, nyt de store gressområdene mellom våre bygninger, akkurat for familiemoro og spill. Med to bassenger passer hans og hennes boblebad og badstuer bare for dine slitne muskler etter et spill tennis på en av våre baner eller i treningssenteret vårt. Vi ligger på slutten av Okaloosa Island en liten barriereøya mellom Fort Walton Beach og Destin. Dette gated community med tretten miles av uutviklede strendene i vest er sikker på at du ønsker å returnere.

Outstanding Property

We tried a new unit out after our last one on the property was a bust. This unit was excellent and far exceeding the prior one. Easy access to the beach and parking lot. Unit was in good shape and plenty of kitchen space. Only complaint I have is the morning sun blasting you as you sip some coffee on the patio, which isn’t really that big a deal anyway. Will stay again.

Love the El Matador

The El Matador never disappoints. We love the amenities and the updated condos. This unit had plenty of room and an amazing kitchen. The only suggestions I would make would be to put a memory foam mattress topper in the master bedroom and a better shower head in the guest bath. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

The unit; although nice, needed some minor tending - outside doorwalls were very dirty - had to clean them so we could see out. Doorwall in living room did not have a functioning lock. Mattress in sleeper sofa most definitely needs replacement. Unit for 6 had five dinner forks. Other than these few minor complaints we had a wonderful time and plan on returning next spring.

Property was very well maintained, guards at gate super friendly. Loved the beach chair and kayak rental. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Recommend a new coffee pot, the one in unit is extremely slow to brew. Also need metal spatulas for grill.

Furniture was old and uncomfortable so I rented a recliner. Rented another unit 10 days into the month thus paying double therefore we shall not be returning. Weather was terrible but snowbirds were great.

2016 Family Vacation

It has a great open floor plan with everything you need to feel at home. Kitchen was fully stocked so meal preparation was a breeze. Very clean and comfortable. We were planning next year's trip back to Unit 413 on our way home.
