Perfect for snowbirds, the sandy beaches of Perdido Key will be just around six miles to your west, and Pensacola’s charming downtown will be around 10 miles to the east. You’ll love spending time in the park-like backyard – grab some coffee and start the day on the covered lanai. Jump into your sparkling pool to cool down as the day heats up, and then head inside to make some breakfast.

The open floor plan encourages togetherness, and the bright pops of color make the space cheerful and welcoming. The updated kitchen features lots of gleaming granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, not to mention thoughtful extra perks like an Instant Pot, making meal prep even easier. Dine together at the table for six, grab a barstool, or step outside and dine alfresco at the patio table.

After a day of exploring – or just enjoying the pool – fire up the gas grill to keep dinner prep simple and relax inside in the central AC while dinner cooks. Spend the evening watching TV together on the large sectional, and don’t forget to upload the day’s pics to social media via the in-home WiFi. Drift off to sleep in one of three comfortable bedrooms, with another perfect vacation day in store for tomorrow.

Black mold

There was black mold in the bathroom. The sheets and mattresses were stained. The grass needed cut and weed eated. When we contacted the property all they said was they apologized and send pictured but nothing was done.

Vacation nightmare

The home is very spacious. There was plenty of room for our family. The inside of the home appeared to be cleaned. The property has a lot of potential but has been neglected. We rented this house from Saturday to Wednesday, mostly for the pool in the back yard because we had young children going with us. When we arrived, the pool was green. I immediately called to get them to come and clean it. Nobody came until Monday afternoon. The pool was finally clean and usable on Wednesday morning. That was our day of departure, so we were never able to use the pool. On Monday water started coming up between the flooring planks soaking luggage and clothes in the front bedroom. We also discovered black mold behind the door of the bathroom. The internet went out the night we arrived and never came back on so we had no TV the entire trip. We communicated with Vacasa informing them of all the problems and they kept telling us the local team would contact us. We finally heard from the local team on Monday afternoon. The backyard had trash, the pavers for the patio has grass growing between them and the grill was disgusting. Also, the sliding door would not lock, and the dishwater would not come on. We were offered $300 refund for the pool (from Vacasa) and were told additional compensation would be considered for the other issues but we have not heard back from them since Tuesday. Overall, a very disappointing rental!!!

Naval Aviation Museum trip

Excellent place, very clean. Although it was pet friendly, you couldn’t tell there had ever been a pet there. A Keurig coffee pot would be nice. There were 4 of us and we all brought our own favorite k-cups as we usually do but had to go buy coffee and filters. Overall a pleasant experience!!! 9/10

Nice Place

The house was terrific. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. The inside was clean, there were a few things that need repaired but nothing that was a hindrance. The pool area was not cleaned at all before we got there. The pool was dirty and there were things all over the concrete. Once we cleaned it up we enjoyed staying out there all day. It would have been really nice if the heater had worked because the pool was too cold to stay in. It was very convenient to anything we wanted to do. We would go back.

Great location, close to everything.

All positives, except landscaping and cleanliness inside. The baseboards are very worn and need cleaning and painting. The outside landscaping needs facelift and TLC. Looks like only quick mowing has been done. No weed eating no killing of weeds patio pavers were overgrown with weeds. The gravel was overgrown with weeds. The gravel was scattered out onto the concrete out by pool. All the irrigation lines were exposed in the yard. The lights did not work in the pool, or the lights that pointed on the landscaping were broken off. One of the outdoor patio chairs was ripped down the side like dry rot. Front screen door is slow to close. The sheets were Danji and worn in the pillows smelled. We did enjoy the pool. It was clean. The pool guy came while we were there. He was very nice. The location was wonderful. All the amenities that we needed were there. We were close to the Navy base for the airshow practice close to the beach close to all the state parks so we could hike and enjoy the beach.

Issues w/ Vacasa. Water shut off!

AVOID VACASA AT ALL COSTS. More like a hotel. Mostly clean, great pool. Not what we expect from VRBOs. No hominess. No cleaning supplies. House was bare except for dishes. No grilling spatula or hot pads. Had to buy trash bags, ziplocks, tissues, TP, paper towels, foil, hot pads, spatula. Brought our own detergents or would have had to buy those too. Coffee filters wrong size. Lawn badly needed mown. Hadn’t cleaned under couch/beds. Wasp nests outside, DH got wasp spray. Vacasa was going to send exterminator. Washer was moldy. Waited 4 days for Vacasa to send cleaner. Couldn’t do wash before then. On Th, came back to water shut off due to non-payment of a utility bill! Vacasa was very unhelpful, then evicted us, offered 1 night refund - for the night we couldn’t stay. DH called VRBO. VRBO found and paid for a hotel. After DH called VRBO, Vacasa refunded 2 more nights. We have used VRBO for 8 years and love them until now. Will use them again, but not Vacasa. Pensacola was lovely. Will go back. But will NEVER stay with Vacasa again. Horrible management company, terrible customer service, 24/7 help line was useless and reached nobody local. See our complaint and others on BBB. AVOID VACASA.

Great rental - needs some maintenance.

Great location. Home has a great layout and furnishings. It needs some TLC. Patio door - main exit to pool and yard, has a bad track which makes it very difficult to open and close. I believe others have commented on this. Dishwasher not installed properly - not level and not secured to the cabinets. Disposal is making a loud noise - metallic - nothing found in disposal. General landscaping needs a lot of attention. Pool skimmer net broken..

Graduation Stay

First impression was place was pretty clean for a rental unit, except for pool and yard, grass was in past due need of a good cut, pool was turning green with lots of debris in bottom, broken net didn’t allow for us to remove on our own either, Kitchen was fairly stocked, no sheet pan, grill tools, pot holders, extra trash bags but enough plates , cups, silverware✔️ Needs more seating in living room- house is for 10 and one couch doesn’t provide for half of that, air temp kept resetting to 75 so it got quite warm at times, overall I give it a 7/8 out of 10

Roomy and clean

The house was roomy and clean. All was updated and modern. Pool was mostly clean. Big yard. Quite neighborhood. 10 mins from very nice perdido beach. 30 mins from Pensacola beach. Located next to naval airbase so there is some loud jets but we were also treated to blue angels practice runs from the backyard.

House was nice a little to cold to swim in pool.wi fi did not work for the first two days. . But was fine after calling. Floors needed mopping and no rugs down like in photos. Over all we enjoyed the time we where there.

Very happy with experience.

Very happy with the place. Had a large fenced in back yard. Perfect for the dog. Great place. Lovely pool, but heater was broken and water was too cold for swimming. Otherwise, it had plenty of room, was clean and met all our needs. Would recommend. Do fix the pool heater, though.

Pensacola summer retreat

Wide open floor plan, stocked kitchen, and a pool…what more can you ask for!?!? Also, close to beach and shopping areas. Would have given 5 stars if the yard was cut when we arrived (especially in the backyard). However, after contacting customer service they sent lawn care service to mow. I appreciate how Vacasa reaches out for feedback on their properties, treats customers, and willing to do what it takes to address concerns. Will book again!
