Bonway House - The Lighthouse

Come enjoy this beautiful family home in Scenic Heights. This quiet, safe, family neighborhood is everything you could want for your family. The spacious three bedroom home has two bathrooms, a large kitchen and family room, and features a fenced in backyard with a sandbox to keep the little ones happy. This home is minutes from the airport, shopping, and restaurants, and offers ease of access to downtown and beaches.

House rules:
1. You must be 21 or older to book this home.
2. Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request for a fee of $25 and hour if available. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
3. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you are booking within your city.
4. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
5. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
7. One dog is allowed with a fee and upon request only. Out of consideration of our neighbors we do not allow dogs considered to be a dangerous breed. We do not allow cats. Violation of our pet policy will result in a fine of $250. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. All pets must have up to date shot records.
8. No third-party bookings. The person booking the unit must also be part of the group staying in the unit.
9. Screaming Reel Properties may use video surveillance in public areas. (Ring Doorbell Cam)
10. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
11. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
