It was just an amazing B&B. The owner is wonderful and the breakfast was fabulous. I will definately stay there the next time I am anywhere near.

The room was very clean. The house is old and interesting. The garden is beautiful. The dogs are sweet. Best of all was the warmth and friendliness of Pru, the owner. We would definitely return again if in the area.

Quiet location and lovely surroundings. Solid breakfast. Unfortunately we had booked a room with a bath tub rather than shower which I did not realise at the time.

Prue our host was lovely. Made us and our dog extremely welcome. Breakfast was delicious and the room and bed were very comfortable, clean and inviting! Highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again.

Venlig vært, fremragende morgenmad, OK beliggenhed. Den ene seng var fyldt med sorte hår, støvet på værelset og flere stykker bestik var ikke rent bed morgenmaden og der var en brugt serviet på bordet.

Warmly welcomed
A lovely little guest house, Prue the host was lovely and couldnt do enough for me. The place was warm and cosy and immaculate. Breakfast was generous and well cooked. I will definitely stay again.

fab place to stay
Prue is a great host. The place is clean and tidy, the bedroom nice and airy with beautiful views. The breakfast was amazing with lots of special touches like homemade hash browns, home made stewed apple and fruit to add to yogurt and we left with some tasty home grown chillies. You could make full use of the garden which had a lovely seating area and a lounge with a library in it. No issues with parking and a short walk to the local pub.

Definitely go back
We only stopped off for one night to break a long drive to Scotland but wish we could have stayed longer! A lovely place, great breakfast, fantastic host. If we are ever in the area again we'll be staying here

Lovely B&B with a great breakfast
The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was great. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but otherwise the accommodation was very good.

Despite my arrival being delayed until quite late, my key was awaiting me with a welcome note. The room was small but clean and comfortable, with good wifi access. The owners were friendly and helpful, and a full English breakfast was served at an agreed time. The location was good and there was ample parking space in the hotel grounds. The only downside was that the communal bathroom did not have a shower.

Comfy warm guest house
Really nice place. Warm, cosy room. Lovely lounge though I didn't use it! Great food pub a 3 minute walk down the road and a nice breakfast. Owner wasnt there when I arrived but letter with my name on it containing keys so everything was super clear. Would recommend and stay again

Everything taken care of
Very well organised B&B. Everything was very well managed, meaning I could relax at the end of each day and enjoy my stay in the area. Breakfast was great, the room was lovely, and I look forward to staying there again when I am working nearby

There was no bar as mentioned in your website. it has been discontinued for some years now. the building is old and needs a lot of T.L.C. Please amend your records. The location is in the countryside and has a pleasant view.
