The house is located within the walled city of Peñíscola, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the castle.
Located in the most authentic and trendy area, surrounded by great restaurants, you’ll stay in a boutique apartment in Peñíscola that’s private, comfortable, full of character, and within easy walking distance.

It will be a memorable experience whether you want to explore a wonderful Mediterranean town, beaches, the castle, hiking trails… or if you’d like to work remotely, as we have top-of-the-line fiber-optic Wi-Fi.

The Space
Our boutique apartments are located within the city walls, in the most picturesque and authentic part of one of the most beautiful towns on the Mediterranean.

The boutique apartment—elegant and very quiet despite its central location (soundproofed)—is housed in a typical, traditional Mediterranean home that has been recently restored (no elevator), featuring high-quality amenities while preserving the original facade.
The house is easily and comfortably accessible on foot.
It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 3 guests, featuring the following spaces:

- Spacious bedroom area with a king-size bed (180 x 200), designed to ensure a restful night’s sleep, featuring LED lighting, blackout curtains, and a large window that lets in natural light. It features a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV, where you can comfortably watch your favorite TV series in your own language.

The space includes 2 side tables and 2 reading lamps, a mirrored closet, and a vanity area.
Upon request and for an additional fee, for a third guest (or for a second guest who does not wish to share the 180 extra-large bed), we can set up an additional 90 bed in this same room.

We provide bed linens and two towels (bath and washcloth) per guest free of charge.

- Fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, toaster, etc.) and kitchen utensils.
It includes basic cooking spices, as well as tea, complimentary jams, and herbal teas.
There is also paper towels, dishcloths, dish soap, and a scouring pad for washing dishes, thus avoiding the hassle and expense of purchasing these basic items.

- Dining area with a table, comfortable wicker armchairs, and access to the outdoor balcony overlooking Calle Saiz de Carlos, a very picturesque area full of shops.
We have a desk with a lamp where you can plug in your devices and work comfortably.

- Large, fully equipped bathroom with a spacious dual-head rain shower and a shower screen.
Toiletries are provided, such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and a hair dryer.

We offer high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi (1000 Mbps), allowing you to stay connected or work remotely without any issues.

The boutique apartment features an air conditioning and heating system, ensuring a comfortable stay in both winter and summer.

We are an eco-friendly accommodation because we love nature. We generate electricity from solar panels, avoid single-use plastics, and sort our waste, among other measures.

Amenities and Common Areas
The house features a spectacular upper terrace and a chill-out area with fantastic views of the sea, the fishing port, the beaches, and the Sierra de Irta Natural Park.
We provide outdoor furniture, including a table and chairs for private use, so you can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the Mediterranean.
Thanks to the excellent Wi-Fi connection, you can work remotely or use your devices comfortably while enjoying the outdoors.
On the exclusive rooftop, you’ll find the laundry area, equipped with everything you need to wash and dry your clothes, including a clothesline.
Everything you need for laundry will always be at your disposal, completely free of charge.
The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board.

Other highlights
There is no parking inside the walled area, as it is a pedestrian zone; therefore, if you’re traveling by car, you’ll need to park at the foot of the walls, very close to the house.
There is free parking during the off-season, but during peak season there is also paid parking (affordable rates and weekly passes).
Free public parking is available year-round in the area around the fishing port esplanade. This is a public, non-reserved parking area.

The advantage of staying at my place is that, once you’re settled in, you won’t need to move your car, since we’re right in the heart of the city.
