Atypical house with stairs - the main living area is located 2 storeys down from the entrance, the terrace, a bedroom and bathroom is are located 3 storeys downstairs in relation to the entrance - not suitable for guests with disabilities.

Children should not be left unattended around the balcony.



You will surely have a great vacation in our comfortable 70 m² house!



The house is located 1.5km from the beach, enjoy the calm and coolness even in high season.

Car needed even if shuttle in high season

There is air conditioning butonly in the living room and the dining room, you can take advantage of it to refresh by opening the rooms.

including living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, balcony and a large terrace.



You will be in a quiet place and will be able to enjoy a very nice view on the castle in the summer and a very pleasant breeze far from the crowd of the village!

The accommodation

Accommodation with a magnificent view of the heights of Peniscola, the castle and the nature reserve. All the comfort (dishwasher, washing machine, 3 bathrooms, will facilitate your vacations).

Pleasant neighborhood. The balcony adjoining the living room goes all around the apartment, you can enjoy the terrace of 40m2, accessible via a staircase (about 10 steps).



Outside plancha! Neighborhood swimming pool down the street (paying) and daily shuttle (in season) allowing you not to take the car or to go on foot to the beach (1.5 km).



Please note that the cleaning is at your expense if you do not wish to do it, it will cost you 50 euros.

Access for travelers

2 free parking spaces are available for you in the street.
