Hoteller i Pendock

«Room was very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Excellent meals and friendly helpful staff, Nice views over the golf course though not being a golf player I can't comment on the quality of the course, but it looked well maintained with the help of robotic lawn mowers. Swimming pool was pleasant to use and at good temperature. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay at this Hotel.»

«Sjarmerende hotell midt i byen og ved kanalen. Hyggelig personale og god frokost. Rommet var stort og fint medutsikt mot kanalen, men dessverre så det ut som renholderen hadde hatt det travelt. Det var gjenglemt papir og rask, samt mye støv i krokene og på ting i rommet. Stor edderkopp i vinduskarmen og masse edderkoppspinn på viduene som ikke var rengjort på lang tid. Sengen var veldig komfortabel.»

«Room was cold. Very dated. Mattress uncomfortable. Bathroom was freezing, dirty and rundown. Shower rubbish Service friendly. Breakfast lovely»

«Lovely spacious room with large en-suite. Very clean with water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely little extra were the complimentary chocolates and sweets. Breakfast was excellent, excellent options, I had the Avocado on toast with poached eggs which was delicious and coffee was also good quality. Would highly recommend this hotel. Was great value.»

«The room was clean and comfortable- bed a bit low and no armchair to sit in. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were helpful and very friendly»

«Our stay at this hotel with only 8 rooms was great! Lovely rooms and a very good breakfast served in the morning. Charming to live in 1000 year old house with a lot of history. And the owners gave great service! Will for sure stay again if we go back to Tewkesbury.»

«Good sized room and bathroom. No safe in the room and on the second morning, housekeeping didn't shut the door properly so anyone could have just wandered in. I'd booked room only so can't comment on breakfast. A pleasant stay, however and location is perfect.»

«Great location, nice atmosphere and service. Almost like home. Can definitely recommended.»

«Our luxury double room was spacious, clean and kept clean by staff each day. The only comment we would make was that the continental breakfast was not exciting and therefore somewhat disappointing for my wife who does not eat the cooked option.»

«Lovely old building with lots of history , well situated in the heart of Ledbury so close to shops , restaurants , pubs etc . Staff were very friendly and helpful . We had an evening meal which was enjoyable and service was excellent. Great choice for breakfast and once again the service was good and efficient. The room was adequate , bed was comfortable and linen clean . It was quirky as befitting a 500 year old property with sloping floors . Bathroom was small as was the shower but that’s to ...

«A very nice place, and a comfortable stay! It was very warm during our stay, and the room was also a bit too hot. But nice straff and really good breakfast, plus a restaurant that is far beyond english average standard was a really positive experience! Good price too:)»

«Comfortable accommodation with friendly professional staff.»

«There was no hot water in my room, i had to take an ice cold shower in the morning. Staff supposedly knew about it when I checked in :(»

«Very relaxing overnight stay at The Malvern - Fionnula on the check in desk was so lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and my partner and I felt very looked after. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of toiletries provided. The spa itself is amazing with lots of different types of hot rooms and jacuzzi to relax in. I would definitely stay at The Malvern again! Thanks so much all.»

«Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful. As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet.»
