«Right on the river, great view. Convenient to the city, about 20 minutes. Front porch(first impression) needs some work…. Lots of empty boxes, used AC filters, and ant bait sprinkled everywhere. Door hinges also broken. An easy cleanup to prevent a bad first impression. Comfy beds, clean interior rooms. Just needs some TLC on the outside. Would stay there again though. »

«Let me start off by saying what an amazing and beautiful property this was. We had a group of 11 guys total staying at this house. The house had plenty of room and bathrooms. Each one of us had our own bed. The house had plenty of things to do when it came time to getting back from the bourbon trail. From the sauna to the hot tub and fire pit, there was something for all of us to do. Looking forward to staying here again!»

«Stayed 7 nights. Repeat Madison visitors for 30+ years. Loved the location in Historic District. Walking distance to almost everything. Very old and marginally clean. I’m picky. High sided claw foot tub with too small shower curtain was dangerous to enter and exit. It’s the only tub/shower in this rental. It was dirty. Needs safety bars on wall and maybe a step-stool. Needs hooks near sink for hand towels. Cleaners left no hand towels and only 2 bath towels out and we had to hunt them down. ...

«Quick getaway for 4 sisters (from Cincinnati) and the home was the perfect setting! So clean and newly renovated- great soothing color scheme and decorations makes it feel like you’re at home. Very well stocked (coffee and toiletries) and lots of info on Madison with things to do. Hosts are very responsive. Not only was the residence beautifully decorated, it had all the amenities you could ask for and more. The location was excellent and in walking distance to local restaurants and shops. «It wasn't a bad stay, but there were enough things wrong that we were a little less than enthused over. There were ants all over the kitchen counter, all towels still in the dryer (not dry), hair still on said towels, and the dryer took several cycles to finish them. With an insect spray treatment and a change of housekeeping, this would have been a great stay. We did enjoy the property otherwise!»

«We had a lovely time at this property in Pendleton. It is located quite nicely between Louisville and Cincinnati. There were a few minor hiccups when we checked in, but Glenn was able to take care of those right away. The pool was a big hit with the kids. Overall, we highly recommend staying here!»
