«Went down for 3 days for a fun weekend. The apartment was perfectly located in easy walking distance to downtown. It was quite comfortable with adequately sized rooms and nice bathrooms. There was a nice common living area and a small balcony over looking the the river. The main drawback was that the kitchen was not very well appointed compared to other apartments we have rented. The only coffee maker was a Keurig. However, we were only there for a few days and there was a decent coffee shot a 5 ...

«The house was beautiful and clean. The decor was nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. The queen size bunkbeds were not good for adults to use. Our adult kids said they were very squeaky and made a lot of noise. The house was surrounded in a neighborhood where there is a lot of homeless people but the entire condo building is safe and utilized the th latch app and you also just needed to be mindful when walking. They give you some toiletries to start your stay but the hand soap in ...

This location was very convenient to Franklin, Cool Springs and Lenox Village where our son and his family live. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.»

«I was so glad to find an elevator! Our group is up there in age so the elevator was wonderful. We liked the three stories as long as we didn't have to climb steps every time. It provides nice separation when you want it with plenty of space on the main floor and the rooftop patio for everybody to congregate. The beds were wonderful and there just isn't anything that isn't provided for a great stay.»

«We brought friends and family to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. The location was great for getting to Broadway. We had no problem getting Ubers. The condo was perfect for our group to hangout when we weren’t downtown. Everyone was very comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the fun rooftop. We came in June and it was hot, but at night the weather was ok for rooftop fun. Highly recommended. Stay Minty was easy to work with and responsive to any requests or questions.»

«Home is beautiful & decorated nicely. Location is good, if you can walk a bit over a mile, it’s walkable to Broadway bars. Far enough away from the noise of Broadway but close enough for a short drive or long walk to museums & bars. There is loud construction going on next to the building of these townhomes. So if you’re a light sleeper you won’t be sleeping in on weekdays. Loved having a garage to be able to park especially during the rain. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.»
