«The condition of the furnishings in the room were terrible, the lounge chairs were well and truly worn out, threadbare curtains hanging on only a few hooks, chips in the seats on the wooden chairs. The rooms were stuffy and no flywires so couldn't have windows open, fans supplied but couldn't plug them in to be able to use them. the whole place is run down. very disappointing. «We were in town for an event and had to stay for a minimum of two nights due to it being Easter weekend as did the other guests at $220 per night which is alot considering it is a basic motel room. «Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised We recently stayed overnight at Serenity on the Terrace in Mandurah and were very disappointed. Unfortunately, the property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. It is extremely outdated and in poor condition.
