• Due to tropical weather and local infrastructure, rare interruptions to electricity, water supply, hot water, or Wi-Fi may occur.
• Parking is suitable for scooters. Please contact us in advance if arriving by car so we can assist with parking options.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full private access to the entire studio villa, including the sleeping area, bathroom, kitchenette, plunge pool, and outdoor space. The property is exclusively yours during your stay.

No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
No smoking inside the villa (outdoor smoking permitted).
No pets unless approved in advance.
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.
There is one security camera at the main entrance overlooking the parking area.
Excessive mess or damage may result in a cleaning or repair fee.
