«This was a great one bedroom cabin, located close to downtown Ned. The cabin was spotless, the photos on line are an accurate description. This process to get into the cabin, was excellent, as was the communication from the host. The cabin was well stocked with dishes , pans blankets --- The bed was comfortable; the host provided check in/out information as well as directions.»

«The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect for visiting RMNP (minutes from the entrance) while still being close to Estes park for shopping and dinner (10 min drive). The proximity to the river had our cabin echoing with the sweet sound of running water. The shower only had hot water for 10 minutes before it ran out, so we couldn’t even both enjoy a hot shower after hiking. The drain in the shower was also super slow which had us standing in cold murky water. The hot water ...

«This house is adorable and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, creek/reservoir trails. It is also very close to some other great hiking options. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Nederland!»

«Property was super cute with the A style home. Outdoors was so beautiful. The river was so pretty as well. Great layout and hot tubs were very relaxing. Inside the home it was clean but some things could be cleaner. The couch had dog hairs, some silverware had stains, the shampoo/conditioner bottles were definitely not cleaned because there was black around the bottom of the bottles.
