«Great Location, and property manager Geoff was really helpful. Cleanliness is not great, I would expect cupboards, crockery etc cleaned between lets. But it may be down to the kitchen units being a little tired and the abundance & assortment of utensils, glasses and crockery. Keep it simple, remove old items!
