"Even better than the pictures The Kayon Jungle Resort is a truly spectacular place and was even more beautiful in real life than it looks on social media. The jungle setting is incredible, our room was beautiful and clean, and the pools and surroundings are stunning. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, although at times the service felt a little too attentive for us, even though we are used to staying at five-star hotels. Communication before our stay could also have been better, as I contacted the hotel twice with a simple question but never received a reply. Overall, these are minor points. This is a very special and unforgettable resort and was one of the highlights of our trip to Bali. Definitely worth visiting."

"Great hotel. The cleaning in the rooms could improve. They forgot to add toilet rolls and towels. Happened just once but still. Perfect location. Connected with the shopping mall. Just 1 min walk to the Kuta beach. Plenty of restaurant options available close by. A few areas could need improvement. But guess humidity from salt water makes it hard to maintain. Will also recommend to make a new entrance for guests on the backside of the hotel (which is currently now used only for delivery purposes) Stunning views from our room. Food is halal we were told (they do serve pork and alcohol) Dedex the receptionist was incredible helpful. Overall reception, cleaning and security staff were very friendly and polite. Rooms are comfortable, good size and great bed. Will definitely consider this property again when in Bali next time."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard Seminyak. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was great with the convenient shuttle service to the beach. The only downside was the pool area. Due to the tall buildings surrounding a relatively narrow courtyard, much of the area is in the shade for large parts of the day. If you're looking to spend hours relaxing in the sun by the pool, this is something to be aware of."

"Wow factor! I regret not booking more than 3 nights. The hotel is perfectly located to start your Bali trip in a calm and meaningful way before moving on to the busier areas of Bali. Mount Batur, Ubud Palace, Monkey Forest, Tegallalang Rice Terrace, Penglipuran Village, etc. are all within reach. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to Ubud. The spa is a fantastic place to recharge, and I highly recommend the hair spa treatment! My recommendation is to join the morning yoga session or have breakfast at sunrise, because the view is absolutely magical. The food in both restaurants is incredibly good. The staff are so kind, friendly, and helpful that there should be a separate word to describe it. Truly top-class service, even by Bali standards."
