Helt greit familiehotell
Hotellet oppleves bra. Det er små detaljer som gjør at man merker at hotellet mangler litt vedlikehold. Så lenge man ikke er veldig nøye på slikt, så får man et fint opphold. Frokosten er ok, og maten på hotellet er ok, men langt fra en opplevelse. Stille område, og greit å gå til stranden. Litt klønete med trafikken om man er avhengig av taxi. Ca 20 min rolig gange langs stranda til "sentrum".

Good service, breakfast and pool. The hotel is a bit old. So a renovation is in needed. Especially plumbing (hot/cold) water. 15 min to walk to party area. Safe place. Very close to beach. 1 min.

Great place
Nothing wrong with this one, great value for money. Stayed 5 nights, and could go back. Helpfull staff, location near the beach, everything you need in a hotel. Quiet, OK beds, OK bathroom, OK breakfast.

Et hotell jeg gjerne kommer tilbake til.
Opplevelsen ved hotellet kan enklest beskrives med ett ord, perfekt! Dette er et hotell som er vel verdt pengene og tilfredsstiller på renslighet, serviceinnstilling, fasiliteter og alt man ellers forventer fra et hotell i denne klassen. Maten er god og frokosten varierer fra dag til dag, slik at man ikke går lei. Hotellet ligger svært sentralt, hvor Patong beach er bare et steinkast unna for rekrasjon på dagtid, og ikke lang gådistanse fra JungCeylon som passer ypperlig for avslapning på kveldstid. Hotellet tilbyr også frakt via minibuss til JungCeylon med faste tider og samtidig er det å booke transport for flyplass ingen stor sak for dem på hotellet. For de litt mer aktive kan hotellet også friste med et treningsrom hvor man kan drive med enkle øvelser, før man tar seg en duppert i svømmebassenget med utsikt over havet og horisonten. Som en sidenote ønsker jeg også å dele erfaring med en taxisjåfør som vi hadde. Dette er en mann som er ute etter å tilfredsstille turister og skape vennskap fremfor å skape tjukk lommebok. Dette har dog ingen sammenheng med hotellet, men legger alikevel nr til mannen for dem som ønsker en trygg sjåfør. I en by fylt av taxisjåfører med tvilsomme kjøreferdigheter, skulle jeg på forhånd vist om denne herlige mannen. Nr til sjåføren: +66620497776

Nærme stranden og ligger i et rolig område.
Kort vei til stranden (2.min å gå) Rom var bra med boblebad på balkongen. Frokosten var ikke mye å skryte av. Fort tomt for glass, veldig lite pålegg (for det meste noen sorter syltetøy)…..man blir fort lei av omelett og stekt egg, generelt lite effektivt med å fylle på slik at det var ofte fritt for mye. Ca. 10 minutt å gå til sentrum av Patong. Hotellet i seg selv er helt OK....litt utenfor selve sentrum men det kan være like greit da det er mye støy i selve Patong sentrum. Så vil du ha nærhet til stranden og litt rolig område å bo i så er dette helt greit. Wifi fungerte også greit over hele hotellet.

Bra hotell nært stranden
To voksne og to ungdommer i en stor toetasjes suite i de to øverste etasjene (6. og 7.). Med to bad, individuell air-condition på alle rom, tre tv'er, et greit nok kjøkken, tre terrasser og boblebadekar med god plass til fire, er det lite å utsette på plass og komfort. Utsikt over Patong var heller ikke feil selv om det ikke er så mye å se på. Støyisolering er nok et fremmedord. Betongvegger gir litt slik at man ikke hører noe fra naborom, men lyder fra utsiden er det verre med. Veldig bra frokost med et bugnende utvalg av og selvfølgelig en stasjon der man får laget eggeretter på bestilling. To ting trekker ned; (frokost)restauranten har ikke vegger - det er derfor utetemperatur, som for en gjennomsnittlig nordmann oppleves som veldig varmt. Det andre er mangel på knekkebrød og makrell i tomat. Helt utilgivelig! Noen få av personalet her helt greie engelskkunnskaper, men det er også det. Det gjelder forsåvidt også for resten av den thailandske befolkningen. Kun et fåtall kan engelsk godt. Vi var uheldige og opplevde sykdom, og hjelpen fra personalet var helt super! De stilte med ekstra rengjøring når som helst, ekstra håndkler, vann og det aller meste før å gjøre det enklere for oss. Vi er godt fornøyd.

I had a great time at the charm resort it was close to everything. It was about ten minutes walk to patong beach and the beach was also right cross the street. They staff was very friendly and hands on. The only Thing I didn't like that people was throwing food off the balcony, which brought a lot of bugs by our pool deck. The breakfast was ok but the serve the same thing everyday. Also the egg station the egg was not cook well. But overall my stay was ok

Great hotel
Loved this hotel! We had the pool access room which was definitely worth paying extra for. The actual hotel pool is also fabulous with a lovely view. Staff were very friendly and it’s a great location if you are staying in patong (right by the beach, close to restaurants/bars but also quiet)
