Opphold Phuket Graceland
Så fram til et opphold på et hotel med høy standard. Skuffelsen var stor ved ankomst. lang ventetid ved innsjekk. Lobby området bar preg av stor slitasje/dårlig renhold og en sammenblanding av stilarter hvor det som en gang i tide skulle være ærverdig var erstattet med plastikk. Den generelle servisen fra personalet var under enhver kritikk. Personalet virket overarbeidet og lite servise innstillt. Den største skuffelse var da vi inviterte 2 familiemedlemmer, alder 70 år, på et kortvarig besøk for å vise dem rommet vi hadde. Dette ble de nektet, med begrunnelse av hotelet`s polesy. Som betalende gjest på hotellet følte jeg meg forulempet og ga utrykk for dette, uten noen videre forklaring. Utendørs swimmingpooler var utstyrt med for få solsenger m.m.du ikke stillte opp kl.0700. Forøvrig virket ikke dysene i bassengets relax områder. Frokosten var bra. Dette er ikke et hotel som svarte til forventningene m.h.t. pris og servise.

Flotte bassengområder
Bra hotell liggende ved stranden litt nord for det mest hektiske området på Patongstranden. Hotellet er stort med flotte bassengområder. Størrelsen gjør at servicen blir upersonlig. Hotellet er heller ikke veldig nytt, man merker at det er preget av tidens tann. I tillegg er det tidvis håpløse wifi-forhold. Jeg var avhengig av nettilgang pga jobb, det trådløse nettet var dessverre så ustabilt at det ble vanskelig å bruke det.

When I first showed up for a booking, we were told we had to wait to check in, which is completely normal. After checking in and going into the room, we immediately noticed The horrible stench of human waste. I mean terrible!! Smell there was hairs on the shower floor. It had not been cleaned, and the sheets stunk like body oder. We notified them they would not move rooms, but they sent a lady in with Pineau cleaner and she sprayed it in the corner of the rooms, poured it down the drains and walked out and all while doing this Barefooted!!? WHAT!?

Comfortable rooms. good daily room service, good breakfasts, the many pools in the resort were great, you could avoid children in the main pool. The only issue we had was the location, we prefer a little quieter. Very good value.

Some power pounts in the room didn't work. There was a smell from the drain near the toilet in our room. We teported this but it was not fixed. Table and 2 small chairs needed fir in room dining. The staff wrte very friendly. Buffet breakfasts are excellent.

Well laid out resort, with numerous pools and close to the beach for swimming. Also within walking distance to most of the things Phuket has to offer. Perhaps a little large to expect the personal touch that can be provided in smaller places.

Very beautiful hotel, clean, many pools, amazing view from the top pool , the rooms are spacious , breakfast is good with a lot of choices, the staff is nice , it's prefect, we enjoyed our stay ! The only thing I did not like is Patong and its atmosphere and the beach which is not really nice but it has nothing to see with the hotel ...

ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ хорошее расположение отеля к морю. В этом отеле было уникальным прямой выход в бассейн и разрешалось в нём плавать до позднего вечера. Это очень понравилось!!! Номер просторный, большой, с душевой кабиной, каждый день пополнялись ванные принадлежности, это тоже очень понравилось. Не понравилось многое. Это то, что номере две бутылочки воды на двоих, что при 35-38 градусов жары очень мало. Завтраки скудные и однообразные. Каждый день только яйца, фасоль в томате, сосиски, рис, мясо и вермишель в соусе с карри. Первые пять дней были вкусными тайские булочки с мясом, но каждый день одно и тоже сильно приелось. Из фруктов арбуз, драгон фрукт, ананас и через день были кислый passion fruit, или джекфрут. Самым вкусным из перечисленных фруктов был только арбуз. Персонал на тройку. В описании отеля было заявлено, что есть немецко-говорящий персонал. На самом деле только тайский или английский язык. Поэтому с нашим немецким общение было просто ужасным. По прибытию в отель абсолютно всех приветствовали прохладительными напитками, а нас нет. Это было очень обидно.

We went in April, 3/4 pools. Not too expensive. Breakfast buffet had good options. We did have a room with a balcony opposite a restaurant so some nights we heard a lot of singing from the on-site entertainment but nothing majorly disruptive. Room was spacious for three people and comfy. Good amenities, lovely staff.

Lovely property. It’s not new but grounds are beautiful, rooms are decorated nicely & clean. Fantastic size for a family if you don’t mind the hotel room. Definitely recommend!

Property is a beautiful lay out. We loved the pool areas along with the gardens . Staff are very nice and pleasant . Location is superb next to the beach and a 10 min walk to the shops . I recommend this place definitely. Will not disappoint. Happy traveller's 😊

This is a perfect hotel if you like to be near the busy areas but not right in it. Easily walkable and the beach is just across the road. Wonderful staff and service we will be returning
