Located in a peaceful part of Patong, the condo is surrounded by a mix of residential areas and some abandoned buildings, giving it a rustic, off-the-beaten-path vibe. While the location may feel a little unconventional, it's still just a short drive to Patong Beach, vibrant shopping spots, and lively restaurants. We highly recommend renting a car or scooter to get the most out of your stay and fully explore the island.
Our studio is air-conditioned and offers a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a kitchen, and a private balcony with outdoor seating. Cook your own meals in the kitchen that has all the appliances for self-catering, including a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, and kitchenware. Please note, there is no view; the balcony is facing a wall, as shown in the photos, so there is not a lot of daylight in the apartment.
Emerald Terrace Resort offers popular amenities such as a communal swimming pool, parking for guests, 24-hour security, and CCTV. Free shuttle to the beach and Jungceylon Mall 3 times a day. Please note that the gym is closed for renovations indefinitely.
For bookings longer than 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used.
