«Lovely quiet area. Nice that there's only four lodges. Wild life is fabulous.The lodge has everything you need for your stay, plus the added bonus of TVs in the bedrooms.Great that there is no mobile phone signal, so it's very relaxing even though there is internetNot too far into Masham for groceries.Our only criticism is, and it's personal preference, is that the sofas are a bit to low for us.The dog loved watching the rabbits and squirrels.Will visit again»

«A very quiet location in a rural area, ideal position for visiting towns in the area such as Hawes, Leyburn etc. The cottage overlooks fields and stables in the distance, there is a lot of wildlife, rabbits ,squirrels, to see along with the owners ducks, chickens and two cheeky dachshunds.We found the best Coop for supplies was to be found at Masham not far away with easy parking.»

«We had a lovely stay in the White Cottage. We found parking easy on the nearby (free) carpark and was a central location. The kitchen had everything we could of needed and more. All areas were lovely and clean and we found the beds very comfy. There was attention to detail in every room. We found the starter pack for the fire very useful and wood was available from nearby shops. We would definitely return, it is a wonderful base to explore the surrounding areas.»

«This is one of the best cottages we have ever been to.Situated on a real working farm with dogs, sheep etc. Views across the fields are tremendous and the farm garden is great with outdoor seating.Interior is cosy and clean. Bedrooms are large and bathroom has bath with shower over.There are lots of places to visit a short drive away as well as ample walking routes and quaint pubs.The owners live in the attached farm house and are very welcoming. «The owner, Heather, was very welcoming and hospitable. Heather was informative about the local sites and places to visit. A peaceful location outside Skipton. Well appointed accomodation, although be challenging for less mobile guests due to the stairs and bathroom, however there is a stair lift to help. Good wifi and lovely to be given welcoming custard tarts and butterscotch toffees.»
